It was a very professional experience. Everything was easy to follow, good website with excellent explanations on how the renting of the devise, delivery and return works. I was very impressed.
I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I couldn’t be happier with their services and product. It’s affordable and would highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Japan.

I needed a hotspot for work while on a business trip in Okinawa. Japan wireless was easy to order, arrived at the hotel right on time, had great packaging and was a dream to use and send back. Just put everything in the envelope and dropped it off at a post office down the street from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

The Wifi is excellent!

great email correspondence and they take good care of your wifi requirements

Would highly recommend Japan wireless, the router was waiting for us at the hotel, came with all the bits required, always had great Internet cover and was so easy to drop off again at the airport. It made getting around japan so easy!

Good battery and connectivity

I had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless during my recent two week stay in Japan. The mobile device was waiting for me when I arrived in my hotel. When I left Japan, I simply left the device (in the envelope provided by Japan Wireless) with the hotel. The mobile WiFi worked well during my whole trip and the instructions are easy to follow. I must say the whole transaction was seamless.

The offer of unlimited suits me very well
