After extensive research into the best type of wifi pack, Japan Wireless came out on reviews as the strongest wifi for the amount customers paid. My own experience proved the same. It was waiting for us at the airport, worked straight away and without a fuss. It didnt lag for any of the 12 days we were there even though I used quite a bit of internet some days (snapchat takes a lot as well as wifi calling on WhatsApp). The external charger provided was very useful for long days, although wasn't needed everyday. If I lost connection due to automatic connection to another network, I just restarted the device, waited for a few minutes and it worked. Overall, exactly what we wanted and really happy with the product.

The hotspot was very handy. You could connect several phones and tablets to it and it functioned well. Service at pick-up point was very friendly. Sending back by mail was convenient.

Quick, perfect customer relation...

Good speed of internet and this newer device has quite good battery, I did not use the power bank all day :-), compared to older device, used 2years ago.
Some faraway places in Japan has no coverage, Softbank is without any signal( and Docomo is poor), but this is not problem by Japan Wireless, but mobile operators.

ottimo segnale dio ricezione. avevamo solo 2 dispositivi (smartfone) collegati al poket ed hanno funzionato bene per tyutto il periodo, anche grazie alla batteria di scorta, perchè il poket wifi dopo 6 ore si scaricava pertanto è essenziale avere la batteria di scorta.

We had our journey for 18 days. It has been a fantastic and useful ide to purchase it. We absolutely reccomend it, when people travel.
