Great option! Ordered if for my boyfriend who uses android not compatible with e sim. I had it shipped to my hotel and was there when I checked in. Very easy set up with instructions

Very efficient and reliable easy to get at the airport and easy to return.

It was great to have with our group on our trip to Japan. Great battery life.

For the most part it did very well, but it did get a little hot at times and battery life started to deplete quickly. Good thing it came with a external battery pack.

On our recent two week to Japan, the wifi was essential for traveling around the country. It even worked in the remote Kii Peninsula while hiking the Kumano Kodo. Unfortunately the power adapter was not working correctly and it took several days of troubleshooting to figure out the problem, since the device was not charging. Their reply to my question about the device not charging should have included some information about this issue. Once I started using my other power adapters from iPhone/iPad the wifi and backup power battery charged w/o any issues. Picking up the package and dropping it out was easy, as was setting it up. So overall it was great except for the charging problem. Having the extra power source was also extremely helpful. So if your device is not charging, try another brick!

Reasonably priced and easy to order, easy to use and easy to return. Thank you!

Easy to pick up on arrival and simple to return in a post box. Had consistent good coverage throughout Japan. The device is small and easy to carry. Would recommend.

WiFi device worked flawlessly and maintained its charge for a long time. Very happy with the service.

Simple, easy instructions. Reliable product that delivers on it's promises, especially with the added power bank. Gladly we made a mistake and took it back to Europe because it made us experience the extremely helpful and professional staff. What a delight.
