Pick up and drop off were very smooth and easy to do. We had to recharge the wi-fi every day but when done so it worked all the time. We were very happy to use it. Thank you!

Indispensable. Works perfect. No need second battery. Good price.

My family enjoyed the great connection on wifi/internet all thru out our stay in japan.

Had a small issue and they rectified it immediately. Second time using this service in Japan and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Soy de México y el servicio fue excelente. Me mandaron el módem sin cobrar (que funcionó perfecto) luego me cobraron de mas y me reembolsar una cantidad. Fácil operación, todo por e-mail. Muchas gracias y felicidades.

Very straightforward to order portable WiFi router. Hopefully it will be just as easy to use once we arrive in Japan?

Very straightforward and well explained

This pocket wifi device worked very well for the entire period. It was easy to set up and use. If we come to Japan in the future, we’ll definitely use it again.

Japan wireless had very good service and was very helpful while traveling in Japan! Highly recommend!!!

Having the Japan Wireless WiFi with us for our 2 week trip made everything so much easier. Google Maps for directions, Google for ideas to do, train timetables, everything was easier with the WiFi in the pocket.
