Easy to use.
Easy to return.

Very convenient and reliable! The battery of wifi lasts a whole day!

The internet connection was good throughout my travels, I would highly recommend this product to future travelers.

Coverage was much better than when I bought a travel sim available in the electronics store. Great!

This was our second time using Japan Wireless and we will not hesitate to use them again if we return to Japan. It was so easy to book the pocket wifi, use it for our family, and return it by dropping it off in a mailbox with the envelopes they included in the package that we received. The first time we used it, we arranged for the pocket wifi to be delivered to our hotel so we could pick it up upon check-in. This time round, we opted to pick it up at the airport as we were getting our rental car from the airport and wanted to ensure we had internet access for our Google maps immediately. Both experiences were great and customer service was very responsive when we wrote to ask if we could keep the devices for a few more days. Thank you for the great service, Japan Wireless!

Line OK and good for solo traveller

The Japan Wireless service was simple and reliable from start to finish. The units are also easy to set up and use - and I am not very tech confident so that was a huge relief.The first unit I used had an intermittent fault. I think the cable connection was not 100%. I reported it to Japan Wireless and they got a replacement to me the next day which was fine. Very happy with this company and would use them again.

Wifi worked great, no connection issues at all. Only negative was the unit used up its battery quite quickly. It was great having a spare power bank as provided though.

Set up and return were simple. Used this device without issue for 2 devices over 11 days. Great range and very long battery life (14hrs).
