It was my 2nd time, I took the wifi pocket here and everything was fine as usual, good quality of wifi, with battery, and the pack for returning by post was very simple. I will re use!

I've always been happy with my Japan Wireless experience. They coordinate well regarding delivery, they give me good options on where I can have my router delivered, and they are always on time. Quality is one of the best.

My only issue from the last time I booked was that they were not as quick to respond to my queries, but that was due to the typhoon.

I never bothered to check out other internet providers since I've always been very satisfied with Japan Wireless. They're easy to acquire and convenient to drop off. The powerbank supplied is also just as reliable as the wifi itself!

An inexpensive option for staying connected while in Japan. It was easy to set up while half asleep on the train into Tokyo, coverage worked extremely well, and it was well worth the cost just to be able to navigate while online using Google Maps. Highly recommend!

Japan wireless is very helpful in our trip to osaka. Very fast Internet with 3 mobile phone connected we know the route, the train in every destination. It help us in our itinerary. Japan Wireless has been my go to provider for my wifi needs when visiting Japan. They arrange everything for you as your pocket wifi will be waiting at your first day hotel and drop off is even easier as you drop it off at any post service box. Simplicity at its best :)
