Trusted by Travelers from all over the world
For a 7 day tourist visit to Japan recently, I bought the 7 day pocket WiFi service. We travelled Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima By Shinkansen and other public transport. The pocket wifi provided fast and uninterrupted wifi access where-ever we went. We will definitely consider the same if ever visiting Japan. It complimented our experience of Japan, making it more enjoyable having uninterrupted full time wifi access.
Great pocket at full speed and unlimited. Easy to pick up at the airport postal service and return. Come with external battery to keep your pocket wifi charge. Reasonable price. I will use them again when im visiting Japan again.
nice service, maybe less expensive willbe better but overall help me a lot in japan....thank u
Second time I have used JW to cover my needs whilst in Japan... reasonable prices for a reliable service
Great product easy to use, pick up and drop off. Made travelling around Japan super easy. I would definitely recommend this product.
It worked perfectly the 3 weeks that lasted my jorney.
After shopping around for the best pocket wifi we settled on Japan Wireless which offered a second wifi for half the price (convenient for a group of 5 people who might not always stick together). They throw in a free charging bank and their data offering is unlimited. You can't go wrong with them as they even offer free cancellation!
We used this for our trip to Japan, it was fantastic! It held its charge for the day running GPS and maps, and the back up battery pack was perfect to charge our phones too! Would definitely recommend to use these. Seamless pick up, it was waiting at our hotel for us, and easy drop off at the airport when we were finished.
Excellent service, thank you.
No problems with pickup and drop off.
Good reception, efficient service.
Minor issues with battery life. Portable charger didn’t work very well.

I enjoy the great service and features that Japan Wireless has to offer each time for my business trips to Japan. I only wish that I have a discounted coupon for every reservation which is very rare (less than 10%).
