This is the second time I am making use of Japan Wireless and their services. While their prices have gone up a bit, their service is reliable and their staff are very helpful in resolving any issues or answering any questions one might have.

I recommend their services to anyone trying to travel or work in Japan.

Pocket wifi is the best thing - always connected - for the whole family. Getting trains and other transport info quickly was so helpful. The support team at Japan wireless are also fabulous. Highly recommend.

Clear directions and easy to pick up! Recommend.

The service was strong and fast the whole time! Picking up and dropping off is also super simple as well!

This made it so easy to order a pocket Wi Fi. You came so highly recommended and now I see why!

For our 14 days trip to the land of the rising sun we needed a good internet connection. After some research I found out that Japan Wireless would fit me the best coverage and was the cheapest deal. A win-win!

After landing on KIX we walked straight out the arrival gate, walked 20 meters to the post-office where I was happily greeted by my friend for the next weeks. Easy to install, good English guides provided and also the return Envelop was included in the package.
By the way, when ordering the pocket WiFi I choose to also get a translation device for a small price. It's feels a bit unnatural in the beginnen but after 2 days we were scanning full Japanese menus in order to understand everything, part of the culture change hahaha but we loved the translator!

Back to the pocket WiFi, the only downside was that the free power bank wasn't strong enough to charge the pocket WiFi while it was on. Luckily my own stronger power bank could do this. Most of the time it lasted about 8h fully charged, sometimes less if we were using a lot of navigation apps & Pokemon Go 😅

So overall a great experience with the company and devices. 10/10 would rent again is we coming back (and for sure we will!)

Seamless transaction from start to end! Internet connection was very good too! Thank you 😊

Excelent service for me

I had issues with the first unit and they quickly dispatched a second. Since I missed a few days due to the difficulties they even adjusted my payment for me. Top notch service!

very flexible service and very stable connection
