Very prompt and precise service!
Japan Wireless provides the best service and convenience for traveling around Japan with limitless internet data access. Their coverage in some rural areas are spotty but in the city, it's plenty of bandwidth for multiple devices.
I have a Samsung10 and the SIM card worked excellent! It was easy to install and set up. The value for the cost is very good.

I've used other pocket WiFi services, and they were glitchy and/or had poor customer service and/or had old, dated, beat-up looking technology. Everything about Japan Wireless was fresh and convenient and shiny and new. And reasonable. Terrific pocket WiFi experience!
