Connection is Good, high speed, thank you..
My pocket WiFi stopped working and the unit was replaced immediately and additional time added.
Easy to collect, set up and close out when our holiday was over.

I ordered the wireless wifi online and it was delivered to the hotel after a few hours! Amazing.
Very convenient for travel in Japan
Great service and easy pick up and returns!
Pocket wifi with power bank, charger and accessory was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Worked well throughout including in smaller towns. Only had one evening when it didn't work but emailed the company and they got back within a couple of hours.
