Great service and easy pick up and returns!

Pocket wifi with power bank, charger and accessory was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Worked well throughout including in smaller towns. Only had one evening when it didn't work but emailed the company and they got back within a couple of hours.

This is a very easy to use company. I actually forgot to place my order before my trip, and while at the airport just 12 hours before our arrival in Japan, I ordered online with delivery to my hotel for the following morning. When we arrived to our hotel at midnight, the front desk already had the package ready for me. I was extremely pleased and surprised with the fast delivery. Set up was quick and the package included the Wi-Fi, portable charger, and a return envelope. We had good signal everywhere we went, even to a more secluded ryokan in Takayama. We used this for 2-3 devices consistently and rarely even needed the portable battery to recharge during the day. At the end of our trip, we used the provided envelope to easily package everything and dropped into a post box at the airport terminal. I would recommend this company and will use it again next time I visit Japan!

Very convenient service and good option for internet connection in Japan

My son was able to get and activate the unit fast.
Though in some areas of hokkaido have slow connection but overall very good connection.

It was an excellent choice. The devices worked perfectly and I always had coverage. The translator was a great add-on and helped us a lot during our 2 week stay in the country.
