Japan Wireless is very dependable. Delivery to our hotel arrived early, and drop off at airport is very easy. Wifi is steady and fast. Their service is recommended!

Excellent good servive

Using the WiFi pocket from Japan Wireless was a very pleasant experience. The device worked as intended and had lasted a whole day for me. They included an extra battery pack which was a nice bonus since I forgot to bring my spare to my trip. The signal was great in many areas of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Fujikawaguchiko. Never had any issue with dead spots. Returning the device was also easy and they provided detailed instruction so I was able to drop off at Narita Airport just fine. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and I will use their service again for my next trip to Japan.

Pocket wifi was waiting at my hotel upon arrival. Setup was easy, and it worked all trip as expected. Drop-off in the airport was quick and a map was provided, which made finding the mailbox simple. I would recommend.

Internet was very stable and reliable

Rented a pocket Wi-Fi, picked it up at the airport, no problem, it was so useful. My friend had a cap on her data, but she didn’t always have a good signal so the pocket gizmo was ideal. Handy to have a battery pack as well. Would definitely use one again.

Amazing! Would do again !
This wifi box was east to get and return . Set up was quick and I had no problems the whole trip. Thank you

Easy to use and great internet speed for a very afordable price while travelling. Perfect for our trip. 3 people able to share internet / VoIP phone service easily on our phones and other devices.

Easy and convenient way to stay connected. Great for directions, restaurants, keeping in touch on the go. Charge at night, on all day. Drop off right at airport.

I bought the pocket wifi for 14 days and I had a great time. They gave me clear and precise directions to find the pick up point for my package at Haneda airport.
Connecting to the phones was very quick and easy. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the entire period without any problems. The pre-compiled envelope for sending the package at the end of the holiday is very convenient. Highly recommended.
