This was my first time using Japan Wireless and I would highly recommend it. Ordering was simple and I had no problems with the device. Their instructions were clear and was able to return the device using their prepaid envelope.

Product worked great for being able to use my phone while in Japan without having to pay those ridiculous roaming charges. Will definitely be doing this for every trip now. Highly recommend

Reliable pocket wifi

Bought in AUS just before take off. Worked like a charm upon landing in Japan.

Great coverage and easy to use.

Have been using Japan Wireless pocket wi-fis for over 10+ years, and I'm always happy with my connection. I usually connect 3 devices and the connection is strong almost every time. The ease of picking up the device and dropping it off with the provided labeled/paid return envelope in any post box makes it very convenient.

Easy to use and reliable! I've used this service on different trips and have never had any trouble with the device or the coverage. Speeds are great and was suitable for browsing and streaming video. I would choose to use Japan Wireless again when on my next journey.

This was my second trip to Japan and my second use of their services. Everything perfect, easy and functioning. I highly recommend using their service and products!

Our wireless router worked well for every city we explored. It will have trouble connecting when using city trains underground but it served us well and was affordable for the 14 days we used it. Drop off was also very simple which we did at the airport mailbox before we left.
