I always have a pocket WiFi went visit Japan

Simple setup and great coverage - I‘ve used other physical sims in Japan and elsewhere and this was among the smoothest. Delivery/pickup at airport super convenient. Would even consider over e-sim.

Great customer service.

connect very easily. The only problem is that sometimes when trying to get to the 5th or 6th device harder to connect. The device had to try multiple times before it will connect even though it should connect up to 10 devices. Overall very good coverage and good to have while travelling in Japan. Thank you

Worked immediately and even in rural areas! The portable battery didn't charge the device well, but the base battery was excellent so it wasn't really needed.
