I chose this option for my Wifi requirements. Everything went well, the hotspot and other accessories were shipped to my hotel in time. It was easy to use and reliable. Returning the items has been easy, there was many mailboxes at Narita airport. I recommend this service to anybody visiting Japan.

Good product, it almost always worked well, except 2/3 times that we had to manually change the network because it had stopped working. Internet speed more than good for use on holiday
