The product was easy to pick up, and we simply dropped it off at the hotel to assist us with return at the end of our visit.
Very on time. East return too
Easy pick up and drop off. Helped to keep us connected to wifi throughout our trip!
I was very pleased my the efficiency of the order. I ordered a two days prior to my visit in Japan, and Japan Wireless sent the wifi router directly to the airport's post office, which was very convenient.
The battery lasted for around 8 hours, then it is necessary to plug it to a portable battery, which was provided.
All in all, I would recommend this service.
The service was good and steady.

Excellent choice for our family. So happy with the reception and the price. Would definitely recommend if you have more than one person in your travel group. Delivered to our hotel, easily returned in the airport.
