Easy to activate. Coverage everywhere

It was very simple to setup my pocket WiFi connection from Japan Wireless and the price was reasonable too. I am definitely using Japan Wireless on my next trip.

It can be confusing to choose the right pocket WiFi or eSIM but let me make it easy on you. Use this one! Easy pick up and return, clear instructions, great wifi everywhere we went, no need for a Japanese phone number. Pocket WiFi for the win!!

Fantastic gadget! Easy as pie to get connected and never had any issues. Good battery life too - charged over night, made it the whole day with battery to spare.

Fast and easy pick up. Connected to multiple devices easily

Easy to use. Easy to pick up and return

Quick and efficient,wide coverage,
reliable every time (our 5th time renting, will use again.Excellent.

Seamless
Good reception.

Reserved online and picked up from Haneda airport. Pick up was in a ducked off area but was able to ask someone for help. Set up was easy with instructions and cables all packed in a convenient zippered bag. drop off before airport security was pretty easy too.

I used my phone constantly to translate Japanese to English. I also used my phone's maps/ navigation all the time. The extra battery they included in the rental came in handy on a few days that I was out and about for more than 10 hours. I'm happy I went with Japan Wireless and had them deliver the device to my hotel so it was waiting for me when I checked in.
