I am extremely satisfied with Japan Wireless mobile wifi products and services. Every time I visit Japan I avail of their mobile wifi units and have found my units waiting for me when I check in to my hotel.

Return is likewise very simple and convenient. They provide a resealable stiff cardboard envelope that i place the units in, the. Drop off at the hotel front desk for mailing back to Japan Wifi (printed return info already on the envelope cover)

I have been consistently using pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan from New York. It’s shipped to the designated address on time and returning is very easy (return envelop is provided along with the instructions). Wi-Fi works well and very small and light to carry around. It works perfectly even on subway trains. Japan Wireless also provides extra battery, which is great. I will definitely rent this again.
