Japan Wireless makes it simple and convenient to have wi-fi service while traveling in Japan. This allowed me to have constant access to internet service during my trip on my mobile phone without having to pay for international roaming charges from my phone carrier.

Great Customer Service and good Wi-Fi

I had no issues with the wifi. I highly recommend renting from Japan Wireless. It’s reasonably priced too and wifi speed is fast!

Ottimo strumento, indispensabile per viaggiare in Giappone.

Easy to order online, gets delivered promptly to whatever location, easy to use, easy to return.

Great solution for two week holiday across Japan with unlimited data.

We travelled all over Japan from Hokkaido to Osaka during our 20 day stay and Japan wireless Pocket wifi network and Coverage all over Japan was excellent. Network speed was also great and there is no worry about data limits.

Requested to deliver the pocket wifi to the hotel and it was there when we checked-in. The data speed was excellent. The return is a little inconvenient since we have to look for a Japan Post Box which we are not familiar with. Other than that, everything is good. Will rent a pocket wifi from them again when we go back to Japan.

Very good wifi, no connexion’s problems !

Very nice Service. Was not working for 2 days and when I called they refund for me those 2 days as well as ship a new one within 24 hours.
