Very reliable and excellent customer service

We picked up the WiFi at our first hotel at Haneda. The WiFi was great for maps. Email and I was even able to watch and download Netflix movies. Easy pick up and easy return. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Great service, easy to collect and return. Simple to use and allows everyone to log on and stay in touch.

I have used this service now 3 times. Each time delivery and service has been excellent. Highly recommend this service.

Excellent service, very fast internet

This is our second time availing the pocket wifi, made our trip so much easier, so reliable, thankyou JapanWireless

My SIM card arrived the day after my order and I could start using it in just a few minutes. It's the second time I order on Japan Wireless and everything keep working flawlessly. And for a 30 days trip it's by far the cheapest option so I highly recommend.

Thank you Japan Wireless for making my trip easy with the pocket Wi-Fi! Others in my group had eSIM cards, and I always pulled my google maps faster than everyone. Let’s just say, I didn’t need to run to catch a train because it took a while for the directions to load. I would recommend it to everyone, and charging it was convenient - same time as my phone.

This was the second time I’ve been to Japan and used Japan wireless my family and I had no issue using it. It was 6 people online and the device never failed I recommend it to everyone.

delivered to hotel quickly and the return process was simple and straightforward
