The process was so easy, you can place your order on their website and pick up the device at the kiosk. The setup was easy, just like connecting to your home WiFi. It is very reasonable as multiple devices can connect at once, of course they always have to be close proximity to the unit, which we did,we all stayed close to each other. The rental comes with a backup up portable battery.
Japan wireless is very reliable for my wifi needs whenever I travel to Japan.
It was brilliant, 3 phones used it for 11 nights with no issue.
There was an issue to get my wifi router at first which was not a fault of the Japan Wireless. Because of this third party issue it was needed to rearrange the delivery of my package to a post office. All of the communications regarding this were done in a really professional and quick manner. After I received my internet connection package I had no issues during my whole trip and the connection/internet speed was good in every place I visited during my stay. Returning the router was easy with the provided instructions. I highly recommend this service.

Rented the premium pocket wifi and it was fantastic. They've made it a seamless process. Arrived at the airport, picked up our pocket wifi from the counter and it was ready to go. Included was a paid postage parcel to return the pocket wifi. The battery pack it came with was sufficient to keep the pocket wifi running all day. Highly recommend
The fully charged portable wifi & spare battery were delivered before I checked in & they were ready for use the next morning for the time I ordered. Ordered one unit each for my wife & myself. We have used this company numerous times.
Pre-addressed stamped return envelopes can be dropped off from hotel or in any PO box before airport security.
