Rented this pocket WiFi for our cruise. It was so helpful to have WiFi to use our phones and ipads in port. Fast and reliable! But this company gave you everything they promised! Device was at hotel for us, clear instructions to use, and even after we returned the device received an email they had received it. Highly recommend this company and pocket WiFi! Thank you for making our vacation even better!!!

Great coverage, only downside is an additional battery pack (which is provided) is needed to be carried as it couldn't last a full day on its own.. But otherwise would definitely recommend.

Great service. This company exerted extra effort to ensure that I got my device despite booking my order less than 24 hours before my arrival. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel when we arrived. Wifi speed was also consistent throughout our stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!
