The extra power bank was very usefull too.

Sim card was delivered to our hotel reception. Once I plugged it into my iPhone, it worked right away. We travelled between Tokyo and past Mt Fuji and we’ve always had network coverage. Saved me a lot of money compared to roaming my Australian celphone line. I recommend the product, and customer support is just as great.

This is gonna sound like a paid review, but honestly this is the best pocket WiFi solution I've used. No worries about usage limits, excellent battery life, reasonable cost. Coverage was great in the cities – haven't tried outside them.

The prepaid SIM card worked great in my iphone. The configuration took time a little bit (the instruction is not very clear for iphone). Internet speed is good (4G) and stable. 500Mb/day is enough for web browsing, way finding, e-mail checking and even some video.

No hiccups, worked perfectly. Will use again when I go back to Japan

Excellent product and uninterrupted service. In some instances, the internet from the device was quicker than the hotel's wifi. Strongly recommended.
