Thank you for the unlimited Wi-Fi. I will be using your services again in the near future. I was able to use your fast Wi-Fi service anywhere in Japan. The wi-fi was great and Very fast. Only place I got signal problems was in hakone, altho It was understandable since my friends SIM had signal problems too

My iPhone is unlocked but for some reason I couldn’t get my SIM card to work. I called customer service while I was still at the airport testing the SIM card. They offered to send me a WiFi Router instead, at no additional charge, and delivered it to my hotel in Shinjuku that same evening. Supreme customer service!

Everything was as promised. Product worked well. Battery lasted 10 hours. And very easy to return with prepaid envelope . A happy customer .

Will definitely recommend to everyone visiting Japan

We had continuous WiFi all through our 15 day trip in Japan. The free extra battery pack was very useful, and we used it to recharge the unit on several occasions when we were out all day. We had no problems at all and would highly recommend Japan Wireless!

I had to reset it once using the online instructions. Otherwise it worked well and was extremely useful in communicating with taxi drivers and others when we were lost.

I took a vacation in Tokyo and was recommended pocket WiFi through japan-wireless. The process and services of using their product from purchase to return was simple and easy. They even checked out flight information and updated our pick up appointment because of a change in arrival gates. The pocket WiFi was reliable throughout the trip even deep inside the metro stations. The kit supplies had everything we needed and worked with no problemZ. Thanks japan-wireless. I will rent from you again the next time I’m in town.
