During our rental period our premium pocket wifi had a connectivity problem, and Japan Wireless kindly provided another one and refunded the days we couldn't use it.
So, despite of the inconvenience, I strongly recommend Japan Wirelss pocket wifi!

Super fast, reliable, we used it with cell phones, tablets and PC, no problem at all

Indispensabile durante i nostri 14 giorni in Giappone. Funzionava senza problemi anche in treno in mezzo alle montagne

Superb - everything worked excellent

We hired one of these wireless devices for a couple of weeks whilst on holiday. It was simply brilliant. Pickup and drop-off were straight forward and the device simple to use. It didn't let us down once and the battery life was excellent. We never needed the additional battery that was included. Excellent all round.

Wonderful

Good service
No problems anywhere we went in Japan
