Very simple to use, very good service, always with great signal.

The Wi-Fi unit was waiting for us at the hotel. Had no problems setting it up or connecting. The Wi-fi was fast and very good coverage. Was easy to package up in the prepaid envelope and our hotel sent it for us. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Very good so far

I have used the services of Japan Wireless for the past 5 years and I have never had any issues with ordering, receiving, using, or returning their products. Every aspect is geared toward ease of operation and customer satisfaction. They are very responsive and quick to accommodate which is an anomaly for online services. Five stars and my appreciation.

It was so nice to have internet every time I needed it. I helped me find little gems thoughout the city and of course navigating through the complex public transportation. The battery life of the pocket wifi was really good but having the back-up battery gave me such peace of mind.

It's been the best decision to pick up pocket wifi for our Japan trip!! Great connectivity even in Tokyo metro platforms which are two levels down. Two thumbs up for service!!

My phone company would not unlock my phone so a SIM card was not an option. Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi provided badly needed Internet connection everywhere in Japan I went. Service was always great and Japan Wireless made pickup and return extraordinarily easy. Backup battery is very handy, possibly necessary, accessory included in rate
