Mainly worked wery well. Wondering that not installed automaticly but need set up manualy. Būt instructons were correct.

It was my first trip to Japan and my mobile device was not unlocked, so I could not switch sim cards. This left me going the WiFi route, which led me to this website after some browsing. It worked as said with WiFi that never throttled and even worked in the subways. If I had to do WiFi again I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless as the option to choose.

Worked really well, no issues at all and connected easily. Setup was easy too and coverage was 100% between Tokyo as far as Osaka from my experience.

Highly recommend. Prompt replacement service after the initial unit did not hold battery charge.
New unit worked perfectly and held battery life for entire day.
Worked well everywhere we went in Japan.
