My 2nd time to use this wifi. Only have good words to say. Never have any problem with the connection. Barely need the accompanying powerbank also as the unit’s battery lasts most of the day when we were out and about. Will definitely rent from them again next time! ❤️

The most difficult was to find collecting point in HND airport (be sure to have the step by step itinerary pictures with you). Afterwards, worked like a charm.

The device worked fine and I had almost everywhere I went in Japan WiFi at a good spead. Only in the mountains I sometimes had no WiFi.

The battery was drained quickly but with the supplied battery I had no problem

I would highly recommend to get Japan wireless service if you are visiting Japan. The speed of the internet was amazing and there were no connectivity issues except in the undergrouds! Additional power bank is like a bonus. You can charge your phone as well as mobile wifi modem on the go.
Prebooking as well as return of the package was very easy and I got a discount of 1000 yen using jwmagaazine website. I would recommend to look for your discount code too.
A perfect service for short stay!
