good

The convenience of picking it up at the hotel and dropping off at a post office is great. The WiFi is easy to use. We have recommended Japan Wireless to our fellow tour members and friends.

The unit met my expectations, providing unlimited high speed WiFi coverage and all day battery life. Deducting a star only because I had to reset the unit(easy process) a few times during two weeks that I used it.

good

Worked as expected. I will buy again next trip to Japan

From Osaka to Nara to Kyoto to Sapporo to Horonobe, in far northern Hokkaido, this bad boy rocked super strong wifi the whole way, even while moving on trains. Truly incredible.

Great

Worked great! However, the extra battery didn’t hold charge.

Worked and didn’t even need extra battery pack

Having great WiFi when traveling in Japan is crucial, and Japan Wireless made that simple at all steps of the process. Ordering from the website before I left the U.S. was a breeze, the envelope was waiting for me at my hotel as promised, connection took seconds, the unit worked perfectly throughout my trip, and the prepaid shipping envelope made returning a no-brainer. The battery only ran out once after a very long day of heavy social media and Google Maps usage, but the provided backup charger saved the day; my iPhone was also drained that day, and the backup charger helped with that, too. Because of their reasonable pricing, unlimited data, friendly instructions, and straightforward processes, I will choose Japan Wireless for my next trip to Japan, and I highly recommend the service to everyone! Thank you, Japan Wireless, for making it so easy to stay connected with home, navigate my travels, and share the magic of Japan with my friends in real time!
