My travel wifi broke down while traveling in Japan. Japan Wireless had a replacement for me the next day at the front desk of my hotel. Japan Wireless does believe in customer satisfaction. They are fabulous.

Was able to purchase one at the airport without prior reservation. Used for 10 days throughout Japan and service was very reliable throughout. Would recommend!

Good signal, always connected

We traveled to Japan twice now and have tried JW and Ninja. Both seemed to be the exact same. One had better battery life. Still excellent service.

Haven't used it yet but the ordering process was good.

It worked almost all of the time perfectly, only in remote areas where 4G was not available did it run into trouble, great service all in all
