Worked great!!!! No problem at all. Very happy

Absolutely the only way to go anywhere in Japan. The device and reliability is bullit proof, I was in the cities, in the remote valleys, and remote mountaintops and this device never stopped working perfectly.

I loved using Japan Wireless, the WiFi router was small & light enough to fit in a small pocket in my small backpack. It never dropped out on me & even though someday's I was out over 8 hours it never went flat. Will use Japan wireless on my next trip.

This product worked exactly as advertised. Best of all, the customer service was phenomenal. I ordered the product last minute, and it wasn’t available for pick up at the post office because of that. I was then connected through a phone call to a Japan Wireless employee. They requested the address of the hotel I was staying at so they could send it as a parcel. Being in a foreign country, I was skeptical and didn’t think I would see the package due to language barriers between the employees and myself. However, once’s I arrived to my hotel, the parcel was there and arrived before I did. I would definitely use this product from this company again!

Very useful and easy to use. Good, 24 hour + battery life. Included charger.

Modem veloce anche da usare in 2 raramente aveva perdita di segnale. La batteria durava 12 ore circa ma aveva quella di riserva e quindi copriva ampiamente una giornata

Nunca nos quedamos sin señal, la batería duraba lo suficiente pero con el agregado de la power bank ya no había de qué preocuparse.
