It was really nice and useful!

Although the device is in Japanese. English instruction was pretty simple. My device was not linking on day 4 for a bit and only 1 return envelope for 2 kits. Hard to fit in mailbox for return at kix

I was very impressed

Great pocket-wi-fi. Pickup and dropoff was super easy. Only when you're out all day the battery is not good enough. They do provide a powerbank, so it's not a big deal, but I'd like to go 24 hours without having to charge. I don't think those pocket-wi-fi routers exist. Internet speed was fast! coverage was good! a lot of the times this was faster than free wifi on the shinkansen or at restaurants. would recommend!

Absolutely the easiest way to have good quality internet everywhere you go. Especially good if you have multiple devices that you want to keep connected.

Premium wifi has been the perfect companion to our 3 weeks trip in japan! We are a couple and both of us could stay connected, look for our way, search restaurant options as we go. It definitely made our trip easy going. The additional battery was also great to have. While the pocket wifi can definitely bear a day without charging, we also used it for our phones. Liberating! And service was great: we receive the pocket wifi at the hotel in Osaka, returned it from the airport in Tokyo. Very easy! Thank you!

The wifi unit we rented worked great and the extra portable battery provided was great as well as we never had to worry about the wifi unit dying.

Faultless. Easy pickup at airport post- office, easy drop-off at airport post-box. Worked perfectly. Highly recommended.
