convenience to pick at post office Narita airport. high speed, full coverage at anytime anywhere, no startup need and can be used immediately once you pick up with no hassle. will definitely order the service again for future visit to Japan.

You can never go wrong with Japan Wireless. My wife and I are loyal clients of Japan Wireless because of the great service they provide and most especially how they treat their clients. My wife cancelled her order because she got sick and will not be able to fly to Tokyo, Japan Wireless made a refund. How good is their customer service!

I highly recommend Japan Wireless. I spent a month travelling widely & had full coverage the whole time. Delivery was on time & they even provided a prepaid envelope to post it back. Very professional service.

The whole process was very smooth. I booked online, picked it up at the post office in Narita Airport and used the device for my 10 days in Japan. It worked really great and we always had connectivity wherever we went, including at our AirBNB. The battery life was amazing! We actually never had to use the external battery that came with the package since the device lasted all day.

Customer service is also great, and very accommodating. We extended our rental period, which was very easy to do. Highly recommended!
