Worked perfectly throughout japan. Great coverage. Fast. Would highly recommend

Easy to order, waiting for us in hotel on arrival, worked reliably all the time we were travelling in Japan and easy to return by posting back. Quite simply an excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend.

To be able to communicate with friends and family wherever you are is so helpful. It made our holiday in Japan hassle free and certainly more enjoyable. Wouldn’t visit again without WiFi device.

Indispensable piece of kit

We have been using a Japan-Wireless Premium Wi-Fi device during our visits to Japan over the last 3 years. We have found the product simple to use and very convenient. The additional battery included in the pack is very useful for those very long days of adventuring and exploring. We have recommended this product to family members who have also had very positive experiences. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly. The variety of delivery options are a great convenience. And instructions for pick-up, drop-off and general usage of the device are easy to understand.

We look forward to using Japan-Wireless on our future trips to Japan and are happy to recommend this service.

Excellent service and connectivity

Would definitely use Japan Wireless again. Worked everywhere & the speeds were great. Power Pack at no extra cost was very handy - not only for long days on the wi-fi but also for boosting phone batteries.
