We used our wi fi all over Japan and it was of great use especially when away from the major cities ... single strength very good and not expensive compared to paying phone bundle prices

Great pocket wifi with a good battery duration. Always had a good connection and I got the device really quickly (same day I think). Also really flexible with extending and honestly pretty cheap if you want extra days. I picked it up in Ueno, because my last accommodation didn’t have pocket wifi, so I’m glad that I didn’t have to travel to an airport for pickup.

The pocket Wi-Fi router was waiting for us when we checked in to the hotel. It was easy to set up and connected right away to our devices. It worked well and was very helpful as we navigated Tokyo streets.

We had trouble initially getting delivery because of typhoon hagibis, but I was contacted by Japan Wireless and received the units at my hotel very quickly.

I had great success using this wifi device to share with 3 phones on a trip to Japan. It worked everywhere and had fantastic connectivity. The addition of the battery pack is a must for all day use (and something competitors didn’t offer). Very happy with the pricing and delivery to hotel option. So simple and easy.
