Excellent pocket modem to use. Japan Wireless made it very simple to collect at the airport and return at the end of the trip. The cost was comparable with other providers. Wifi held a long charge and was reliable everywhere we went. I would use Japan Wireless next time I visit Japan.

Works perfect. I will recommend to my friends your service

This a great product... never lost connection. Last a full day with intensive use. Very good coverage. Very easy to use. Delivery service at airport very good and return with post envelope very smart. No issue strongly recommanded

During our trip supported brilliantly me and my wife, connected to a single device.
Outstanding in speed, reliability and battery life (a full day with no problem)

Servizio molto utile dovreste pubblicizzarlo molto di più con una minima spesa mi ha dato tanto e batteria sempre al top. Ringrazio io a voi per il servizio.

Very good service considering I ordered the wifi dongle on the plane at departure
Pick up at hotel on arrival

Very realible and good condition gadget...i am always use Japan Wireless if i went in japan

We used the wifi unit for 15 days. It provided smooth operation within the period. Even at remote places in Nikko area, there was no connectivity problem.

Super easy and fun. Pick up at hotel front desk, put in mail to return.

This is the first time that I have ever used a Pocket WiFi. I learned about them from some friends as my wife & I were going to Japan & meeting some relatives who had no WiFi & we needed to use Google Translator as our Japanese is very poor. The unit was at our hotel when we arrived & it worked wonderfully everywhere. We just put it in our knapsack or pocket. It came with a charger, extra battery & a self addressed'stamped envelope to return it. We will use them in our future travels. Very pleased users. Henry & Christine
