Japan wireless is really good all over Japan. Never had any issues with service. If there were any problems with the unit, a replacement was received the same day. Been using Japan wireless for 4 years now every time I go to Japan.

I have used Japan Wireless wifi several times now. It might cost a bit more than some other options from your home country, but it is guaranteed to suit local Japanese conditions and I have never been let down yet. Always delivered on time to my hotel, works flawlessly, and easy to return into a mailbox at the airport when leaving Japan. Couldn't be simpler!

I rented a pocket wifi during my stay in Japan and was very satisfied with it. Very easy pick-up and drop off at the airport. Very pleased to be able to google things along the way and finding my way to sights. 10 out of 10!
