Very good product, compatibility with smartphone which is not on the list. Good connection in Tokyo, Kyoto, Kyushu and on the trails of the Kumano. Cheap and convenient, easy pick up, recommended.

The best investment you can make before visiting Japan. We had always reliable access to the internet. Even in Subway stations we had perfect WiFi and could easily look up the next train.

I have been ordering pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for years! It’s so easy to order and have delivered to my hotel. No need to wait in airport lines. On my recent visit, i was surprised they had new equipment. I rarely used the power pack they send with the pocket wifi.
