I have been using portable WiFi everytime I go to Japan. This is the first time I used this provider. This one works great. I went all around Tokyo and then to Sapporo. It worked both times.

We picked up the mobile pack to keep in touch while touring in Japan at out hotel & returned via post at the airport. It was a great asset to have to access the internet when and where we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend investing in this to enhance you holiday experience.

This Pocket Wifi worked flawlessly. It supported 3 phones for 10-12 hours on one charge. Because of it's small size, you can easily carry it in your pocket or backpack. I highly recommend this device while in Japan.

Amazing and essential piece of hardware if you're planning to visit Japan. It will make your trip incredibly easier. The device will offer 4G high-speed connectivity, which will work literally everywhere. In two weeks, I only experienced a moment (frankly no more than a few minutes) where the 4G network was down. And it was not in a subway train, as the premium wifi will work always in subway lines (tried those in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka).

Such a quick and efficient service.
So useful to have both of us able to connect to the internet; also not having to worry about data usage. We were using wifi constantly - Google maps; Google translate; reviews; trains; museums etc etc.
