all perfect during our Japan trip

Very useful during my 6 days in osaka

Pocket Wi-Fi was a very useful device to visit Japan. It worked perfectly everywhere. Thanks to the device our trip in Japan was completely seamless, and we were always online.

I bought this for my family for our family trip. It served its purpose for the most part but there were many times where the connection failed and did not allow us to use the internet. While it was working, the connection was strong and allowed us to travel and communicate freely. Very decent pricing for the wifi service given especially since we had 5 people using it at once.

Rather than shut my phone off of my home provider bu inserting a Japanese SIM card or renting a second phone for several days, I opted to rent a portable wi-fi. It worked great, had easy instructions, and a fool-proof return package. Nothing could have been easier. I'd recommend it to any traveler that needs to stay in touch with his home base.

I really like to take Japan Wireless products, because it is so easy. Pick them up at the Airport, bring them back via Postal. And within the usage during my Stay, Internet is good, Stability is good and even if the Battery runs our, there is an additional Powerbank coming with it for free. From my side the best option everytime.

The pocket wifi was a lifesaver - we wouldn't have survived our trip to Japan without it, as we used it for navigation. Another plus is the powerbank that was included.

Japan Wireless sent my pocket WiFi to my hotel. It was charged and ready to go. The instructions were easy to follow and it was sufficient to help me google maps my way around Tokyo the entire day on just one charge each night (overnight). I was also able to conveniently ask the hotel desk to drop it in the mail for me and get it returned to Japan Wireless. It was a great experience.

The WiFi was consistent with no slow downs. The battery also lasted the whole day. Will definitely rent again.
