Very convenient to avail abd use

I really enjoyed having this wifi hotspot with me during my recent trip. It almost never lost signal (the times it did, NO one's cell phones had service), the speed was nice and fast, and the battery would last all day without needing a recharge. Small enough to drop in a pocket or small backpack pouch, it was also unobtrusive to the point of almost forgetting I had it with me.

Will definitely rent again!

Perfect and reliable. I visited some rural locations and had full coverage the whole time. Charge lasted all day.

We had 4 phones connected through one port and everything worked great- fast and reliable. Device was waiting at our hotel when we arrived and return through the postbox at the airport was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be to send a confirmation email to customers once the return has been processed. Would definitely use again!!

Everything be was very convenient. It was simple to reserve and the device was ready at my hotel front desk at check-in. Connectivity was dependable for our two devices the entire time in Tokyo.

Absolute convenience. Easy to collect and return at the airport. Very strong signal around Tokyo and Hakone.

Very grateful for Japan wireless to make sure that I was able to be in contact with my family while traveling very very very appreciated thank you so much Japan wireless. Wi-Fi hotspot delivered directly to my hotel the next day after ordering online. Very simple and affordable :)

Worked perfect for my 2 kids & myself cell phone usage! Wish other countries offered this.

Definitely the best service! I ordered it 2-3 days before we left for Japan and it was ready for pickup when we arrived. I would definitely recommend it to my family/friends and would use it again if I ever go back!

I ordered for 16 days upon arrival and received the WiFi puck the next day at my hotel. Reception was amazing.. Even on Mt. Fuji summit!
