We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 adult children . The pocket wifi worked a treat as we could all connect at the same time without any performance issues . Super easy to use and set up

The pocket wifi was extremely useful for us during our stay in Japan. The process itself was very easy - it was sent out to our hotel and we dropped it in one of the airport's postbox, therefore we had the chance to use it until the last moment.

We reserved a pocket WiFi and had it dropped off in Nagoya Airport Post Office. When we arrived within 48hours, it was already there. I thought it wouldn't arrive on time because I ordered in less than 2days, but they delivered just on time! We needed to track the package though and they gave us the tracking details, so it was great. The instructions was also clear and when I requested an English device, that's what they sent. To add, the battery life lasted the whole day of traveling, for an estimate of 7hours. A powerbank was also handy just in case we were out for so long. Lastly, the internet connection was great. Arigatou gozaimasu, Japan Wireless!

Hired this on a recommendation and could not have been more happier with it. It was amazing and the service delivery to my hotel was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Japan

Easy and convenient pick up and drop off. The portable charger was great. Definitely needed it every day!
