Device is very useful during our trip to Jpan. It has great coverage in most of the places except slight weak in Hakone.overall we are very happy with the device.

Everything about Japan Wireless was excellent, since we arrived and they had everything prepared, we only turned on the little router and thanks to you, our travel experience in Japan was lovely, Wireless service was excellent in every place we visited.
And then the return was also very easy, we only put the envelope in a mailbox, and that's it.

No weak spots! Highly recommended!

Hassle free pick up at Haneda airport. Very good coverage in Tokyo. I did not experience any slowdown as it should be with the premium wifi package. Better value than purchasing a sim card. I opted to return it via post, easier than returning at the airport.
