Top of quality service

Very good and could be better if battery would really last 20 hours. Very easy to use.

I picked up KIX and dropped off at Haneda. Super easy to do and get started. Worked well. The communication is really good with the company-they give you very detailed directions on how to pick up as well as return.

Great delivery, arrived at our hotel ahead of time! The Wi-Fi was strong all through our travels around Japan!

Always consistent in signal strength

A definite must for traveling in Japan!

Really good no issues at all provided us with good wifi whole trip and pick up drop off was simple

Very easy to use, battery lasted all day, good connection everywhere we traveled in Tokyo. Very good price. Highly recommended!

Picking up the wi fi was seamless and much needed when traveling through Japan. Highly recommended over using an esim card since we would have to unlock our phones. Returning the pocket wifi was easy as well once our trip was over.

Great pocket wifi. Easy pick and return and very easy to use. Signal is good too.
