We used the portable WiFi during our 10 day visit. We did not have any trouble connecting our phones and the devices were super reliable. We always had connection and were able to use google maps and google translate extensively.
These are awesome.

It was simple to use, very easy to retrieve from the airport and connect to our phones. The additional battery was a life saving. Good connection in every places, metro and even remote places that we visited. The only two thing that leave me a little discomfort was that in crowded places the line was inaccessible (it has no priority) and I was unable to use it. The other was that the pocket WiFi was not as described and shown in photos, (the SoftBank) but another.

Perfect way to stay connected all time.

I highly recommend using this product. The company was easy to deal with. Unit was waiting for me in my hotel at 11:00 PM check in! I turned it on and joined the network with the SSID and password on the device. Worked perfectly as I moved around Japan during our ten days stay. I highly recommend this product!

Japan Wireless provided us with pocket wifi for our recent visit to Japan. The pick up was easy and the set up and return instructions were very easy to follow. We were very happy with the service

Very convenient and hassle free.
It's our second time to rent a device, the transaction is very smooth and we always get the device at the said pick up point with no issues. The devices are easy to use and very easy to return/mail before goin back to our country.

When we arrived at our hotel the Wireless device was waiting and we hooked it up to our two phones. For our two weeks in Japan it was flawless. The backup battery was great to have if we searched too many sites but was hardley used.

The enclosed package and envelope was perfect. At our final destination we just dropped everything in a mail box.

We will definetly use this Wireless again.
