Really usefull during my trip to Japan.

Very impressed with the whole process. I picked up the wifi unit at the airport with ease. I lost the the unit while in Kyoto and Japan Wireless provided a replacement delivered to my Hotel in Takayama after two days. All in all I was very pleased with the professional service and the product is a godsend while travelling in Japan.

Everything worked out just like it was supposed to. Device was mailed to our hotel, the group connected to it and the next next 2 weeks are a beautiful memory. I highly recommend.

I can recommend Japan wireless. We were traveling for four weeks through Japan and the mobile wifi device was a welcome friend! :-)

The pick up was really easy, all the documentation and accessories were provided, even a power bank to charge the device. The is a return envelop included to sent the device back. You can return it a every Japan Post office.

We were very happy with everything and the device worked whole the time perfectly.

easy to use and carry around

Second time I’ve used this service and it was as good as the first. The units were available at my hotel as promised. Kept my phone on ‘ Airplane mode’ the whole time I was in Japan and when I got home I did not incur any other charges on my phone bill.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I ordered 2 units and both of the units barely fit in the return envelope. Japan Wireless should be aware of this if more than one Wi-Fi is ordered.
