Easy to organise, simple to collect upon arrival at the airport and enough data to keep us happy, using two phones and an iPad all day every day. Second time we have used Japan Wireless, would happily recommend!

Second time I’ve used Japan wireless, and both times the experience was positive. Coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Himeji was great.

Excellent service! Everything went smoothly, perfectly organised.

The wireless device worked wonderfully for my wife and I's three week honeymoon in Japan. It's battery life was great and it came with a portable charger as well as a charging cable which made it easy to keep it alive. There were times where the signal would drop off, but never detrimentally so. If you can't get an E-Sim, or don't wish to be bothered with an E-Sim, this is the product for you.

Very good service, signal is good!

Item and instructions were very straight forward. Was able to stay connected for the entire time. Would come back again!

Over the course of our stay, wifi was dependable and great.

Reliable and friendly to use especially when one is visiting a foreign country like Japan.

Took a year package, very useful, works almost everywhere (if you go to Yakushima, internet can be difficult to find), I'm so glad that I found this product, I carried it with me everyday !

Overall the service was good ad provided excellent wifi coverage across Japan, however the battery life of my wifi unit was not great and did need boosting from the backup pack on a few days. Hence it was essential to take both pieces with me at all times which was quite bulky.
