the pocket wifi was convenient and easy to use during my two week japan trip! also, dropping it off at the mailbox at the airport was easy too. all you do is put the stuff in the provided envelope, and you stick it in the mailbox.
honestly, the hardest part was initially finding the NEST pickup counter at the kansai airport in osaka. it took us forever to locate the counter because it's tucked away. perhaps a better description of where the NEST counter is relative to other landmarks could be helpful, or even a short youtube video. on floor 2, you go out the automatic sliding doors labeled "2F D," and you walk outisde across the bridge towards the kansai airport station. as you finish crossing the bridge, the NEST counter is tucked away immediately off to the right. the counter advertises bag storage, but it doesn't really advertise that it has the pocket wifi.
anyway, i would definitely use japan wireless in the future!

I have rented a pocket wi-fi unit for many years during an annual trip to Japan. I have always had great reception and excellent service from Japan Wireless. The cost has been great, too, for the level of connectivity that I have been able to achieve all over Japan.
