It s easy to arrange and pick up, very easy to set up and use, and the wifi coverage of a house is quite good. You may wish to go for the 5G version if you intend streaming or gaming. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the modem seems to need resetting once every couple of days to keep the connection
Product：Premium Wifi
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are glad to hear that you found our booking, pickup, and setup processes easy, and that the coverage worked well for your needs.
We also appreciate your honest note regarding the performance for streaming and gaming, as well as the periodic restarts. Pocket Wi-Fi devices can occasionally require a quick restart to clear cache or refresh connection to the local tower, but we sincerely apologize for any slight inconvenience this caused during your stay.
Thank you again for your valuable review—it truly helps us continuously improve. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Japan and provide an even better 5-star experience!☺️
