Fast delivery, easy to use

Very reliable network for use throughout our trip to Japan. Pick up and return were very easy. One tip - once you follow all the set up instructions provided: restart your phone. I couldn't get the internet to connect until after that.

I will never use another service provider while I am in Japan again after using Japan Wireless’s pocket wifi. I have previously bought e sims during my two previous visits to Japan and fought that my phone never worked. For my third trip, I decided to rent a pocket WiFi and it was the best choice! I was able to use my phone to access Google Maps, social media, and text messages no matter where I was. Truly the best and most convenient services.

I rented the pocket WiFi for a 9 day trip in Japan. My phone had a manufacturer lock so I could not use an eSIM. The pocket WiFi was easy to use and the service worked everywhere I went. There weren’t any glitches. I would definitely recommend this if you are traveling to Japan and want reliable WiFi connection.

We had a "neverendig" battery duration, we've never used the powerbank ( 3 people, all the day ).
iT WORKS EVERYWHERE.

This was our second time using Japan Wireless for pocket wi-fi. Very easy to use and no connectivity issues. This time our battery pack wasn’t charging our pocket wi-fi and when we contacted customer service, they sent us another battery pack that worked. Will continue to use their service on our next trip to Japan!
